Out toilet supply line leaked and flooded several rooms over Thanksgiving weekend. ASAP Restoration was the first company to respond when we called on a Saturday night and they were out at our house about an hour later getting everything taken care of like true professionals. Their pricing was fair and honest, and no surprises. We would absolutely recommend using ASAP Restoration for all of your water damage needs.

I can't say enough about my experience with this company. I had water storm damage from the roof in February. The minute I called, I had a great feeling. They were right on it, sending drying equipment, managing and assisting with the insurance agent for quick resolution and repair. Thomas and Shane, set up guys, adjuster, repair and painter MAX expert, phone and office people were all very helpful, professional, and courtesy. Sorry if I can't remember all your names. Truly this is the company to call for experts in this category.  Thank You for all your work

I highly recommend working with the Arizona Total Home Restoration team. My condo was flooded by my upstairs neighbor, and I was completely overwhelmed, because I had never dealt with this type of issue before. Nathan, President, and his team were so incredibly helpful. They were very patient in answering my countless questions.

My condo is older, so asbestos was found in the wall joint compound. Thankfully, given the ATH professional expertise, the asbestos abatement demolition was completed quickly and thoroughly. I could not have been happier with the outcome, given this trying, unexpected situation. I am so thankful for the ATH team and all their help!

With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

Mikes Drywall Service did a fantastic job repairing ceilings and walls in our master bathroom and kitchen.  Fast prompt service with a professional team.  The workmanship of the crew was incredible, the attention to detail was second to none.  The crew on site ensured the areas were protected and when completed were left spotless.

I would strongly recommend this service.

I have not had services yet but based on how much time was spent on the phone with me, this will definitely be who I go through. I called to get information and I was given so much information even telling me if I'm getting other quotes, what I should be asking for. Daryl even told me if I wanted to save some money, maybe I could get away from the house for a little to see if my husbands symptoms improve before spending the money on mold testing.

We had called another company to come down and see if they could take care of the problem.  The company never returned my calls to come take care of the job.  Through word of mouth I got in touch with Good Times Restoration.  AMAZING!   Trenton was super professional on the phone.  They were quick about getting back to any of my messages.  Hunter stayed until the job was done to perfection.  Their rates were very reasonable. I wish this company did more than restoration because I would use them for so much more based on their work ethic alone!

Flood Pros were professional and reasonable. They do a great job of clean-up and monitoring the situation. I had water damage and they were in here every couple of days to check on moisture level. The office staff is so good. Thanks Bridgette!

Doan was fast at responding to my flood. the team was fast and professional. they dealt with me being at a loss and made it all less stressful. Basement flooding is the worst to deal with. thank you for your GREAT service.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

I needed the carpet stretched in my master bedroom and Chris did a fantastic job, especially considering how big the bumps were. He was extremely professional and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use him for any future carpet needs.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

I wish I could give a score lower than zero. This company took something that should've been an easy fix to a situation that took months to resolve. My condo had a leak coming from inside a wall. I should've called the plumber and had it taken care of the next day. I remembered that I had a home warranty on the property so I contacted them instead. That was my first mistake. The plumber they sent took a quick look and couldn't determine anything. He said a restoration company would have to come out and open up the wall to access the leak. Alex, from the restoration company, came out, took a look and said they needed the results of an asbestos test before they could open the wall. They wouldn't have the results until the following week. They couldn't do anything before then. What?! This was an active, intermittent leak releasing gallons of water and soaking the carpet in a few areas. I never would have imagined that this situation would turn into such a nightmare, largely due to this company. They did such a horrible job that their negligence resulted in at least 3 floods and the loss of my tenants. To add insult to injury, they called and left two voicemails, also sent two emails saying the insurance company was issuing a payment but they weren't getting enough money and there was an $830.23 balance. I got a letter in the mail stating so and I called my insurance adjuster. He said this is common practice for these companies to do this and the insurance already paid what charges they felt were justified. All of the communications from Rocky Mountain Restoration had a threatening tone when it came to collecting money. The letter stated that it was my second notice, which wasn't true.  When I got the letter in the mail, I emailed the company saying that it is unethical to try to collect more money after they already received their insurance payment! I had home insurance and a home warranty and these weasels are sending me an $830 bill?! The response I got wasn't very convincing. The Claims Manager, J. Tanner, claimed that the letter that I received in the mail was mailed by mistake. Hard to believe after receiving phone calls & emails stating the same. They are vultures & liars. Stay away. Communication is key- who came up with that one??

If a plumber (Big G in my case) calls them out, RUN! They scam thru plumbers and the plumber will make 500-1000 on the other side of their sudden repairs. They don't wait on insurance, don't give estimates, they just run in and start work so you don't have time to process anything except their bill on the other side. RUN... RUN.. RUN to another licensed, bonded, and insured company.
